What is Vibroacoustic Therapy?Vibroacoustic Therapy is a science-based treatment that uses relaxing sound and gentle vibrations to reduce stress, relieve pain, restore balance and enhance the quality of life. Frequencies range between 30Hz and 120Hz and are applied directly to the body through a treatment table.
Vibroacoustic therapy works with resonant frequency administered directly to your body through frequency transducers in the treatment table. Our cells copy the vibrations we feel much like the way we feel the bass in our chest during a concert. It introduces the healthy vibration of cells into the body through the treatment table. This results in a healthy resonant response in our cells. Vibroacoustic therapy has been studied by researchers worldwide including the National Institutes of Health (NIH). NIH reports the benefits of using vibroacoustic therapy for stress relief, migraines, Parkinson’s, PTSD, anxiety, physical injuries, brain function, COPD, Asthma and much more. |

Sessions
Clients wear comfortable clothing, remove only their shoes and recline on a comfortable treatment table (bolster, blanket & eye pillow optional). You also have the option of including aromatherapy. Once the treatment begins, you will start to feel the gentle vibrational frequencies through the treatment table and hear the soothing music through the speakers in the headphones. |
The sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes or longer depending on the circumstance. It usually takes about 20 minutes for the relaxation response to begin in the body and clients report feeling many pleasant sensations. Abstract thinking slows and body and mind awareness expands. Some people experience a dream-like, or deep meditative state. Others fall asleep, report seeing colors, experience clarity and new insight and feel relief of pain or symptoms.
